One by one, our formulations and packaging have gone through a thorough review process that truly gets to the heart of what we believe and strive for -- giving you softer, nourished, radiant-looking skin and hair through healthier formulations.

Our journey of working with nature began in 2011. Since Day 1, we have believed that beauty and wellness go hand in hand. We have focused on using only the best ingredients that were available. As times change, research deepens, and technologies evolve, so do we. Thus, our Clean Philosophy is not just a trend or a marketing strategy- it's a fundamental part of our journey.
Our “Never List”
Achieving truly healthy skin requires more than just selecting vegan and natural ingredients. It also means avoiding harmful substances. That’s why our researchers spend countless hours testing and formulating. They have created a long list of ingredients that we now never use in our formulas. This list includes but is not limited to, parabens, phthalates, silicones, SLS, petrochemicals, formaldehyde, BHT, GMO, PEGs, and many more.
Taking the natural, long-term view
Silicones and PEGs create fake textures. They provide a smooth and silky feel, but they also can create a barrier on the skin, trapping dirt, oil, and bacteria, leading to clogged pores and potentially causing breakouts. Depending on the formula, they may not allow the skin to breathe, which can affect its natural moisturizing and healing processes.
We are removing such "quick chemical fix" ingredients. Our focus is on identifying truly functional nature-derived ingredients that do what these chemicals do but in a better, organic, and healthier way. These ingredients are easily absorbed by the skin and allow it to function optimally, promoting wellness and reducing the risk of irritation, breakouts, and other problems.
The Seacret Clean label
We have created – and continue to create – our high standards of responsibility and accountability, going above and beyond even those set by the European Union regulations. This involves removing or never using close to 1,600 ingredients.
When you see our Seacret Clean label on a product, it means:
● It does not contain any of the harmful ingredients mentioned above.
● It’s vegan and cruelty-free.
● It’s packed with essential oils, plant-based extracts, and vitamins, which work with the skin's natural processes to hydrate, protect, and revitalize.
Our newest facial care products feature natural oils to deliver beautiful fragrances. As we continue to upgrade our formulas, a growing number of our body care products also come with natural fragrances.
